All goods are to be paid for in full if they are in stock and must be collected within 14 days of store receiving goods or a restocking and/or storage fee will apply. Unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation of orders will incur a fee of 20% of the total price or any fees/freight charged to BBQ and Fireplace Centre for restocking. Whichever is greater. Delivery, assembly and installation are not included unless a specified item/charge is indicated on the order.

Please arrange suitable means of transport for collection of goods as we are not responsible for loading/securing or damages. 8 Week Lay-By terms with fortnightly payments as minimum. Please refer to lay-by agreement and/or instore for refund, exchange or cancellation policies. Goods remain the property of BBQ and Fireplace Centre until paid in full.

All gas fittings & hoses sold in store are sold under the assumption that they will be fitted to current AGA standards by a certified gas fitter. By proceeding with a purchase of any gas fittings & hoses sold by BBQ & Fireplace Centre and Staff the consumer agrees and acknowledges the above statement and concurs that we are not held responsible for any accidents/incidents that may arise from failure to comply to the AGA Standards. 

Refunds will be provided in the same form as the original payment to the original purchaser. If a refund exceeds $1000, the refund will be procced by DIRECT DEPOSIT, unless otherwise confirmed by management.

PAYMENT, INSTALL/ASSEMBLY & FREIGHT:

DIRECT DEPOSIT PAYMENTS: Must include the name on the Quote/Invoice ONLY and the Quote/Invoice number as a reference also.

A 50% Deposit is required on acceptance of quotes/sales orders. All goods are to be paid for in full if they are in stock and must be collected within 14 days of store receiving goods or a restocking and/or storage fee may apply.

Goods remain the property of BBQ and Fireplace Centre until paid in full.

We do not store your credit card or bank information.

Delivery and installation fees will depend on where your order is being delivered, the size of the package and the weight. Products bought can only be delivered within Australia. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address, contact number(s) and email address are provided to BBQ and Fireplace Centre.

All prices listed on the website are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise specified. All prices on the website include all applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. All prices on BBQ and Fireplace Centre’s website are subject to change without notice. Prices for items on your order are fixed once your order has been confirmed, subsequent price changes either up or down will not be retroactively applied to confirmed orders. You agree to pay delivery charges as they are calculated and listed in the order confirmation at the time of purchase.

If any product purchased from BBQ and Fireplace Centre is damaged during delivery, the customer should either refuse to accept the product or sign for the goods as damaged. Failure to do this would constitute acceptance of the product and BBQ and Fireplace Centre reserve the right to assume this. All product deliveries are in the control of our carriers once dispatched and BBQ and Fireplace Centre holds no responsibility as to time of delivery.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

This is when the item:
• Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• Is unsafe
• Is significantly different from the sample or description
• Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt. Refunds will be provided in the same form as the original payment to the original purchaser.
