Having all-new design features, the Ooni Karu 16 pizza oven can make 16-inch pizzas while attaining excellent heat control, more fuel-efficient airflow, increased oven insulation and better visibility brought by the new hinged oven door design with ViewFlame™ technology.
The little beauty of a pizza oven also has the convenience of checking the heat through the mounted digital thermometer which displays the internal ambient oven temperature in F or C.
With the extreme heat, the large cooking area allows you to have more control over the placement of your pizza and food which in turn allows you to be in total control of the cook.
