At the heart of the Spirit E-325 is an ultra-hot Sear Zone powered by two Boost Burners, delivering 40% more power when you want intense heat for beautifully seared steaks, seafood and vegetables. Three stainless steel burners provide excellent heat control, while Snap-Jet ignition makes lighting each burner quick and easy with a simple press and turn of the control knob.

Heavy-duty porcelain-enamelled cast-iron cooking grills provide excellent heat retention and even cooking, while the included porcelain-enamelled cast-iron half hotplate adds even more versatility for smashed burgers, onions, eggs, bacon and other flat-plate favourites.

Stainless steel Flavorizer™ Bars catch and vapourise cooking juices to add classic Weber barbecue flavour while helping direct grease away from the burners. An easy-access pull-out grease tray also makes clean-up simple.

The Spirit E-325 is Weber Works™ compatible, allowing you to customise your barbecue workspace with a range of optional Drop In and Snap On accessories.
